Hi all. I am sh*****g myself! I have made a big bodge! No idea how it has happened but I have claimed too much money - my feeling is that the halifax has got two cases confused and included two sums of money - they are taking me to court to fight it out. I REALLY dont wanna go to court! Also, I have somehow re-claimed for some money that has already been provided to me. Is there any way I can cancel this? I am shaking - literally - very scared! Please advise!

Thanks for the advice - once I opened my others letters I realised it was relating to another claim - Natwest have paid in full, so I am a happy woman!

HELP!!! I got a letter and a cheque from Royal Bank of Scotland Group for full and final settlement telling me to stop court action - but the amount on the cheque dont match with what I am claiming - what do I do? Im scared!

Got a reply back - at last - but they refuse to give me a full list of charges or send statements. Theyve given me a summary but I am certain they charged me more. What do I do now?

HI Ive got a letter from natwest saying all the charges are "fair, reasonable and transparent and applied in accordance with the published tariff which complies with all laws and regulations". Apparently they were all applied when properly due associated with a lack of covering funds. In otherwords Im not entitled to the refunds. What do I do now? Am I entitled to it?

First I sent off a letter to get the charges - that was 20th June and they took into july to send me them - then a few weeks back (early july, cant remember the date exactly), I handed in the letter to the bank saying how much they owed me - which they have ignored. I have waited a lot longer than 40 days so surely I can go to court now?

I cant find the account number for the bank account which was closed (by the bank) after I had financial difficulties. Anyone got any ideas as to how I can locate the number? Cheers
