I ordered sky broadband in january, after lots of waiting and been told problems with the line, we eventually git it active in the middle of march. This was well past the timescale given by Sky.
I wrote them a letter nearly 5/6 weeks ago, complaining about the service for my order, and requested that they refund me the £40 paid for the router, and £23 that i used for my internet dilaup costs , that should not have been incurred if my Broadband went live as they said.
This morning i recived a ltter apologising , and them refunding £20 pound, which they have already taken off my Sky bill.
Am thinking about sending them a letter, and asking for the whole amount again, and not just £20.
