Good afternoon everyone, I am new to this superb site and was hoping for a few answers to a question I have. I am wanting to reclaim bank charges from Yorkshire Bank. I have 3 accounts with them, a current account, a savings and a bills account. I have no problems with the savings account its just the current and bills account. I am wanting to get whats owed back to me from tose accounts, is it best to send a letter for each account or one letter for the 2 accounts, if somebody could let me know if they are doing similar (claiming for more than one account at the same bank), it would be very appreciated.
