hi everyone, received another notice of transfer of proceedings from the court saying that an order was made on the 8/1/07 to move the case to another court still not local to me. Does anyone know who could ask for the case to be moved before the original court received my A&L. still no offer,can i speed things up, thanks:confused:

Hi there, Can anybody help. I purchased a bmw 2001 model 530d from a ford main dealer at the end of September 2006 they would only give me a 1 month warranty as the car was a non Ford. since then I have had a catalouge of problems, starting with a water leak on the cylinder head, next was the parking sensors failed, then the front brake caliper siezed next was the wrong size spare wheel and now the cat has failed the cost of which is going to be £1047. The only repair they undertook was the water leak. Have I any redress with the garage that sold me the car as they say the car is out of warranty and thats it. they say I refused to take out an extended warranty on the car but I was told told that because it was a non ford they could only offer me a 1 month cover. I asked them if they would pay for this repair as a gesture of good will due to the amount of problems already suffered, they said no. Can I take them to court and say the the car was not fit for purpose and force them to take the car back and refund me the cost of the car.

Hi everyone, Just a quick update on my claim. Received a notice of transfer of proceedings on the 28/12/06. Received an allocation questonaire which had to be filed by 16/01/07. Sent completed A&L 12/01/07 asking for the case to be heard in my home town. Just waiting for the full amount claimed to be offered.!!!!!!!!!!!1

Hi Everyone, Just received a letter from HSBC offering me a refund on my claim minus interest and court fees. It seems to be a standard letter as certain sentences do not apply. The one that doesn't apply to my case is that they say I want to claim the interest on the overdraft back, what I am claiming is interest on the charges they leivied on my account back. They have given me 10 days to reply. Should I take the money and run or wait for them to offer a full refund? Any advice would be welcome.

Hi everyone Thanks for reading my thread. Issued a claim via MCOL on the 27/11/06 Just received an acknowledgment of service from the court today and DG states they intend to defend all of the claim. Can anyone help me out as this is getting to a critical stage and i am getting a bit worried. thanks in advance

hi here again thanks for your reply livelylad. Just received an acknowledgmentof sevice from the court. DG says they intend to defend all of this claim. they now have until 31st Dec to file a defence. Keeping my fingers crossed
