Also... does anyoen know if there are any safety cameras on that round-a-bout?

I had a car accident back on Nov 1st 2005. I was on a round-a-bout just off the M3 heading towards Basingstoke. Its the first one you get to afetr the M3 and is very big with x4 traffic lights around it. I had just gone through a set of traffic lights in the inside lane(still on the round-a-bout). It was 9am, thw road was very busy and i was sitting behind this massive lorry. When the lorry moved i put my hand-break down and moved forward (no more than 5 mph) when a car who was joining the round-a-bout crashed into me. I was fine and the car was still drivable. He seemed perfect (old man in his 50's with glasses). We exchanged details and i asked him if he saw me and he said no. We drove off and when i got to work my back was in pain, went to the doctors... etc. Anyhow... the case is now going to court (with myself as the Claimant) but the defence are saying that there case is going to be based on the fact that i juped a red light. Which is a compete lie. I still have back pains... the defence are offering 50/50 as there are no witnesses or police on site the day of the accident. My solicitors are saying that i should take which means he will get half even though it was his fault. On top of that i will loose my no-calims and will probably have to sell my car as its a sports car, and with no claims i will have to pay out £1500 in my next insurance quote which i can not afford. Any advice please!?!?!?!
