8. 3 years ago i sent off for a littlewoods catalogue and ordered some curtains and a coat for the boyf. came to less that £100 so when the statement came i paid in full. didnt take out insurance or payment protection so thought that was it. we move house 1 yr on and keep phone number. 6 weeks ago i started to receive phonecalls from littlewoods saying that because i have ignored their letters i now owe them approx £100 in charges. "for what?" worried i have missed this on my experian credit file, i immediately check creditexpert (my online account). my Littlewoods Home Shopping account has a credit limit of £blah, which is showing as "settled", no payments have been missed, every month has a lil green symbol to show im clear, so what do i do? could it be a [problem]?

12. well yesterday we received a letter from Halifax. it said they were pleased to enclose the charges information that we requested and they have listed 10 charges for his account for last 6 years. we sent them a S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) and the obligatory £10 fee, can they really get away with a 3 page letter? and how do we know that he hasnt had more charges? im a little miffed, can anyone advise? where are his 6 years worth of statements?!

16. so i write: (3)Interest under section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of wrongful debit to date in the sum of £281.13, and at the daily rate of £275.00 x 0.00022 = 0.6pence per day until judgment or sooner payment. ??
17. PRINTER HAS ARRIVED and is installed. have been working on my N1 form which i got from here: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/107625-new-poc-n1-hsbc.html i have also used this spreadsheet: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/Spreadsheets/England/Simple-charges-calc.xls which has all been fine, just not sure what the daily rate should be here: can someone clear this up for me so i can post this tomorrow?

20. ive recently looked at my credit score on experian's website and my HSBC current account is showing that i ave missed payments for the last three months. Why is this? to be honest i dont use the account anymore, could it be that because i no longer have my monthly wage & tax credit go thru the account that its showing missed payments? and once i file my N1 and if i won the case, would these be removed from my credit register?
21. thanking you! just wanted to check though... im posting my prelim tomorrow and want to send it recorded. will this be able to be signed for at Crapital Ones PO Box address?
