just about to send off my first letter to see how much i have paid in charges, would i send that to my local branch or the data controller in london. good start eh. -
hello everyone, just looking back through some statements from 2002 through to 2004 and it appears we paid almost £1500 and that was only for about 18 months so god knows how much we have paid over 6 years.these charges were for going over our overdraft limit sometimes by as little as £4 or £5 and being charged £75 for doing so. after reading about people claiming these payments back i have decided to go ahead and have a go to try and recoup some if not all of this money. just wondering if anyone has had any luck dealing with barclays any advice given would be greatly appreciated i.e. do i deal with my local branch or head office etc.
