  1. Hi, Have also received a letter saying that my case has been transferred from swansea to Cardiff on the 26th March at 10.30 - it is so good to hear that I am not on my own. This has been ongoing for months and I have been using the forum to find out as much info as possible but am absolutely clueless when it comes to posting new threads or finding specific information. I have just sent 'Welshman' a message asking for help because he seems to know what he is doing. I am going to phone Barclays to see if they are prepared to settle out of court and will let you know how I get on. Don't worry if you don't hear from me for a while my second child was due yesterday so I may be away for a week or so!!
  2. Hi, Is there anyone who can advise me if I need to send anything with my AQ when I send it back to my local court. Do I need to send a copy to the bank?? Cheers
  3. Thanks Guys! It is such a relief to know that there is help out there! I am detemined to take them all the way. That was exactly the confidence booster I needed.
  4. Thanks, It's nice to know there's help out there. I orignally used the templates of the 'Which' website before I got to know about this site and my latest letter to bank stated I was not willing to accept their part offer and that unless they offered full amount in 7 days I would be procceding with court action. Does think sound right??? I actually telephoned them after 8 days to see if they were going to responsd to my letter and was told 'NO'. So here goes....
  5. Am about to go onto monelclaim and get the form filled in online but keep losing my nerve, I keep thinking i'm going to make some small mistake which the big chiefs at Barlcays will pick up on and therfore lose any chance of getting my cash back. Can someboby help me and give me the confidence boost I am desperate for to keep going. They have taken £820 off me in the last 6 years which is money I am desperate for. PS I have two current accounts which both incurred charges. Can I use moneyclaim for the two accounts together or will I need to claim individually and pay two fees!!! Cheers
  6. Hello all, Have registered a couple of nights ago and only now working out how to post a new thread so i guess it's going to be a long and tiring day! Am claiming £820 from Barclays and have gone through the usual stages. They offered me £350 - I nearly accepted but after studying my statements and seeing that they charged me £30 per pday for three consecutive days for being £4 over my limit I have decided to go all the way. I am about to use moneyclaim and have tried to read as much info as possible but there is so much to get through I think my head is going to explode. I am going to bite the bullet and go for it. I am trying to keep a positive frame of mind but I just get visions of standing in a court room facing the big fat cats of bank managers laughing me out of the court room. Please can somebody give me a little boost of 'postive mental attittude' to get me through the next stage.
