Hi CD nothing from HFO they have been very quiet, this has came of my credit report at the beginning of last month. I forgot all about OFT I have had allot going on over the past months.

Cheers Brig I never thought that it is costing them money so they would not write it off. Paper work filed away safely . it should come off my Credit report in September and also I think it SB anyway. I will just play the waitting game and see what happens next DT

Hi Paul all you can do now is wait and see . the Ball is in Aktiv Kapital's court . File the letter away safely you never know they may try and pass it on to another DCA if they do just write to the new tell them the account is n dispute and enclose a copy of the letter. DT

HI Paul Thats what they sent to me as well . Now you wait for the 12+2 working days to pass then send this to them. ACCOUNT IN DISPUTE to BCW...doc Amend it to suit . After they get it they will likely write back saying that they have closed the account on their books and returned it to their clients and also claim that they have 28 days to produce it which they don't . HI all I sent a third SAR letter to B/C on the 4th Feb received by them on the 7th giving them 7 days and they have ignored it like the other ones . I am planning to send this to their customer relations dpt on Friday to make a compliant . I know BA says phone them but I like to have a paper trail as I don't have any way of recording phone calls. complaint letter to BC.doc Do you think I Should address it for the attention of either Paul Hart or Mathew Thompson. Hi Paul I have just had dealings with them on behalf of lowells send them CCA request as advised l Remember don't sign it and send it recorded delivery. they have 12+2 working days to provide it. They will likely come back to you and say that they don't hold copies of credit agreements at this office and return your postal order thats what they did with me . When They failed to provide mine I sent the account in dispute letter. got letter today saying that they had closed it on their system and returned it to their client. DT

Now the letters have started again with one like in post #20 are they that daft or do they think that we are that daft to fall for it. As They have failed to supply me a copy of the executed credit agreement

Hi all Equidet or should I say EQL as they are calling themselves have raised their heads again with a few phone calls over the past two or three weeks the last about half an hour ago wanting me to phone them back. They can go and take a good run and jump to be polite as I have discovered that it is statute bard under Scottish law. HA HA
