Hi looking for a little advice..........
HSBC currently owe me £1591.00 in unlawful charges excluding interest
On October 12th i sent them my premliminary letter using a template someone emailed me along with a list of dates of charges ect..
So this has been over a month now and i still haven't heard anything back. Although i did contact HSBC on another matter and asked about my claim and they said they could see something on the system but it was being dealt with by another department and couldn't give me any information.
So what should i do now? A) Send them an LBA B) Ring them up and speak to the appropiate person to find out what's happening C) Do what my friend did and go into the bank and complain to the manager (he had his account credited the next day)
