Hi Im new to all this threads postings etc, Ive spent several weeks looking at this site hoping to find out if I should raise an action with Barclaycard in the Scottish courts where I am or in the English courts where i presume Barclaycard are. I have tried to get help but was only told to keep reading and unfortunately I still cant find which court has duristiction. Can anyone help?
