I have just been reading the 'rejecting offers'. Not keen on saying they can take the money back out of my account but I fully understand why it needs to be said. Lets hope they send the money and I go on to claim the rest.

I have like some of you gone through the first part of my claim using money expert. I have now received a letter from Lloyds saying they will pay £750 of my £2339 as full and final settlement. Should I take this or pursue for the whole amount?

Hi I have my statments and I am trying to make sense of them all. Can claim overdraft interest fees? Also for unpaid DD they charge £30 do I claim the full £30 or a percentage of this. What is the lawful fee? The way they have sent my information is so confusing. I have my highlighter at the ready but just need these points clarified. Thank you. Steph

Have sent letter asking for my list of charges but having read a few other threads I am wondering if I sent my letter to the correct address for LLoyds. I sent it to 25 Gresham Street, London.
