hi all,before i write my 1st letter to claim back my charges can somebody just confirm all charges i can claim for,ie,return dd or so,how about charge for going overdrawn with no o/d facility on my account.do i have a case.if i can claim for these i must b owed a couple of grand many thanks nolly
