  4. Can you point me to this directly because I can not find anything in the FAQ on the Allocation Questionnaire! Thank you
  5. I have filed a claim via moneyclaim, received a full defence disputing the full amount of the claim. A couple of questions here for anyone who can help (and I need it). Nationwide charged me £28 for failed direct debit and then £15 every month because account in arrears. 1) Can I claim the 8% interest on the original failed debit fee and on the monthly arrears charges from each month they were taken? 2) I have asked for a history of any manual interventions on my account (see pev message in this thread) BUT I have done this with other banks too and they have refused to give that information! Could or Should I ask for this in the 'other information' part of the Allocation questionnaire? 3) Finally, can anyone offer advice on filling out the Allocation questionnaire! Even better e-mail me some that they have done! Many thanks AndyC andycroft@btinternet.com

  9. Hello I don't know if you can help me. I have a Business Account with the Bank of Scotland Over a year ago I found that I was getting some credits that I could not identify. I complained to the bank and they investigated and said that they were payments from the Natwest but that they could not trace them any further. However, they said that as they were for my company name they were credited to me. I asked them to investigate this further and still they just came back with the same infomation. The payments then stopped after 12 months. Now the bank have come back a third time and said they made an error and credited them to my account incorrectly although they are blaming the Natwest for this. They are now saying that I owe them £2340 imediately and will debit this from my account (which holds about £60) in 10 days. As a very small business I certainly do not have this sort of money available as a lump sum and after 2 complaints and being assured it was correct I used it to incest in the company. Can you please advise me what I can do, if anything at all. Many thanks AC
