  1. Its been nearly 2 week since they agreed to pay and i havent heard anything? how would i word a letter asking them to pay up! ? can i threaten to reopen my claim? i told them they had 7 days to pay from me accepting so theyve had long enough!!!!!!
  2. Cheers LEE the only problem is i never got a court date they offered to pay before i got one. i supose il see how long it takes fo you to get yours then decide when to expect mine or send them a letter, their a right set of KNOB JOCKEYS !!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. OH DEAR! I wish id have kept hold of my court papers now, whats my worst case sinario then? can they just drag it out or maybe even not pay even though i have it in writing that they would?
  4. Hi Lee i signed my acceptance notice last week but i also sent the discontinue notice aswel, can they take as long as they want to pay or is there a time limit before you can ask for it?

  6. :shock: THEY'VE OFFERED TO PAY IN FULL PLUS COURT COSTS AND I HAVENT EVEN HAD A COURT DATE!!! :shock: Ive got a letter to sign and send back and a discontinue notice for the court before they'l pay me, shal i tell them il stop the claim once ive got the money or can they be trusted to do it properly??   10. Hi guys! ive had a letter from the court last week saying the bank has till the 4th of december to reply,i havent heard anything yet, will they just offer me more money or actualy agree to coming to court?

  12. can anyone tell me if i put the amount including interest in my MCOL or not as it changes the court cost to £120 and i can submit the claim as soon as i know????????????????????
  13. Ive found it sorry i think i was panacking because i was half way thruogh the MCOL, when it asks how much you are claiming do i put the amount including interest? and do i also put it in the paticulars of claim?
