ok i'm lost as alot of you seems to know about a letter? everytime i have been charged £30 for a bounced dd i got no letter all i get is a few extra lines on me statement that doesn't even tell me when they r gonna take the charge, so i then have to ring them up so that i don't get another charge for not having their charge in my account. thank you for my rant i need to go and charge up again now lol Slapps
