  3. On the government money claim website... am i claiming against natwest or the royal bank of scotland group? and what's the address?
  4. Been through the Data Protection Letter, Claim letter, Letter Before Action and now it's time for court... they've responded to my LBA after 4 days tho... having given them the 2 weeks... now my question is.. do i proceed immediately? or wait another 10 days for the full 2 weeks?
  5. well on my screen there's nothing there... can someone who can get them copy and paste it onto here?
  6. OKay.. all the template letters have disappeared... does anyone have access to the LBA as today is the day i need to send it to those xxxxxx natty west types. Moderated - please be aware of the potential for libel action.
  7. money claim online? okay. but the form letter says "interest of £xxxx" that's why i mentioned it.
  8. altho this is the letter where i claim.. i've already been through the data protection disclosure and added up all my charges over the last 6 years and now i'm sending the letter that says gimme my clams in 14 days. then after that it's the letter before action etc.
  9. Right schedule of charges sorted... but how does the interest work? do i just work out 8% of the total and add it on? i don't have excel, so i can't open the spreadsheet document.
  10. ah ok.. i'd done that anyway.. but i was thinking of it under the highly technical term: "list". the "schedule" wording made it sound like i wanted this amount by this time, that amount by that time etc etc... thank you kindly.
  11. in the interest part of the prelim letter we're advised to include a schedule of charges... what the deuce is that?
  12. hey i posted a long time ago now about my chase after natwest... moved flats and all sorts but now i'm back on track.. especially after going through my statements (which finally arrived) and finding far from it being £400-£500 like i thought it's actually a little over £2000! dammit i sucked at money when i was at uni!!!
  13. they actually sent me a letter cancelling the offer of an account... you think the banks are getting together????
  14. and the nazi's were "just doing their job too"
  15. kind of suspected you would... but thought it funny nonetheless..
  16. Hey.. phoned Joyce E Tudor today about her trying to delay my SAR (See "Cry Havoc and let slip the dogs of war" thread)... i dialled the number given at the top of my letter... i was redirected to a mobile number, which i assume was hers... unfortunately she wasn't there so i had to leave a message....HOWEVER as she hasn't yet personalised her voice mail, after listening to the massively impersonal: "this is the vodafone voicemail for number 0779xxxxxxxx...yadda yadda" i now have a most direct number for Ms Tudor... thought you guys might like it too .....................................................................................................................................................
  17. had a good old chuckle to myself when i read the term sof my new account and it outlines the £25 default charges.. they will get a shock when i dispute them from the very first time i get one lol.. if they don't take them off after a pleasant phone call i'll send them a newspaper clipping of me serving on natwest hopefully! actually.. i'd rather NWB just paid up without it getting that far... but still.. it'd make for great reading for their customer relations people i'm sure!
  18. also as a precautionary measure i applied for and got accepted for a brand new account with alliance and leicester (after MSE.com advised). but even with my somewhat shitty credit i've been given an account with DDs and the whole shebang including a £250 overdraft limit and a credit card (that i'll only use to try and repair my crap credit!) and i'm also going to get myself put back on the electoral roll after i move house again in may. only problem with my A&L account is that i got it on the basis of a job i don't yet have and won't find out til monday lol (you have to have £500 a month paid in and i currently only get £400). so here's hoping!!! still i haven't finalised it yet and i have 14 days from today to do so, so hopefully all will end well.
  19. I was just about to say that i just got accepted for an A&L account myself, but as i was a little creative with my details (saying i'd have at least £500 a month to go in when just now i get about £400.. altho i am looking good for a new job on monday which'll mean £1000 or so going in (and would save me!!!) i'm holding off signing til i know... but my credit is shitty and they nigh on jumped at giving me an account with a £250 overdraft, DDs and a credit card too so who knows.
  20. can i get a "hell yeah!" ? local news, national news, red tops, i'm gonna give rupert murdoch a shout too.. it'll still only be me and my mate tho.. but who knows? lol.
  21. if you're nice they'll almost certainly knock you back.. if you're nasty and go through all of this they might call in all the pennies you owe them and this can take months to fruit. i'd say either leave it til they have very little to claim or switch banks so there's nothing for them to claim cause you owe someone else and then g on.. but it's better to be in a stronger position. i'm no expert tho.. ask a forum moderator. or wait and they'll no doubt see this all anyway
  22. serve in person? :o that would be my favourite thing ever. i think i'd have my mate film it!!! then i'll post it on here with a musical score and a laugh track
  23. so basically i call her tomorrow and tell her not to be so cheeky, she has the £10, and the full SAR has to include the information. and also remind her that the 40 days is still up on the 26th. sorted.
