Got a date for a prelim hearing for 14th Aug so sending off letter and draft directions and hoping and praying things will go the same way as my sisters and they will settle before court. A few people have been saying that people are starting to loose thier claims. Anyone heard anything?

Hey everyone forgor to say...amazing news my sister was due for a prelim hearing on 26th March and she had a letter today from Barclays offering full suttlement of $4700 (cant do pound signs my keyboards american now for some reason lol!) Done her claim for her so guess she owes me a night out! Proof that once again they wimp out before court so Im feeling very positive. Keep at it guys!!x

Hello fellow claire! Barclays acknowledged my claim on MCOL on the 15th so just a matter of days now til they put in thier defense. Hoping they might not bother lol! Good luck and lets kick barclays butt!!!

Hi sorry found the letter now but what do I have to send with it? Printed off some stuff on the links you sent me but cant find it all. Do I have to send all the documents if Im not attending? What do I send with the letter. Have to post the stuff tomorrow. Well today actually cos its now Tuesday. OH MY GOD!!!!

Doing my sisters calim to and shes filled her her AQ. Just had a letter from the courts saying: 1. Directions will be given on 26th March at Cardiff. 2. The parties may appear in person or make written representation as to how the case should proceed provided a copy of the representation is sent to the court and the other side at least 7 working days prior to the hearing. WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN!!!!! Only had the letter today so in a bit of a panic now. Please help!!

Hi Scoot! I was all ready to go for it before xmas but couldnt afford it either so paid the fees bout three weeks ago and theyve acknowleged the claim. Just calculate all the charges on the spreadsheet to give you an up to date figure and file on MCOL and kick some ass! Good luck! Not that you'll need it!
