  1. yes i have had previous and thanks for reporting this and thanks to mod for moving
  2. yeah cheers guys, when i get stung for the £28 on 29th december, i will start the ball rolling i just wasn't sure they could actually take the £38 charge out straight away without warning me, and making my account go into an unarranged borrowing fee thanks guys
  3. this is sort of my own fault, as the direct debit is setup to go out on the 16th of each month, but for the past 3 months it has been going out of my bank on the 18th of each month on saturday the 18th, i was getting £45 paid into my bank, which would normally cover this debit, but this time the debit was attempted to be took on the 16th i checked my bank yesterday to find i had gone over my over draft and that sky digital had been paid £37, i thought if i get to the bank in the morning, i might be able to bring the account back into credit and avoid the unarranged borrowing fee i checked my bank this morning, to find that the was £37 paid to sky digital, has now turned into a £38 charge called "charges" so now my bank have not paid sky digital £37, but instead they have took the £38 charges for not having the efficiant funds in to pay sky digital, and because of this i am now incurring an extra charge of £28 for going over my arranged borrowing fee if they would have paid sky digital and then just charged me the £28 charge of going over the borrowing aggreement, then it wouldn't be so bad but they took £38 out of my account which i never had without warning and now are hitting me for another £28 charge on top i am repeating myself allot here, so i apolagise, but i am just trying to explain myself as clear as possible are they allowed to do this? , i am hoping that they would have to give me fair warning about the charge, and if they did then i would of avoided the £28 charge as they took the money immediatley causing me to go over the £28 charge they will send letter in post and take that from my account on the 29th of december so can i dispute , not what they have done but the way they have gone about it? or could i even argue that they could of paid sky for me, as they have took money that wasn't there for themselves in charges kind of my own fault, but it's fooked me up a little cheers edit: sorry, would this be better in the natwest section? thanks
