  1. Hi,I've taken out a £380 loan with Capital Fiance One and they're charging me APR: 16734509.4% over 10 days - £148.20 charges for just 10 days!I knew the APR would be high - but that is just insane! What would happen if I emailed them to cancel the loan? Would I just have to repay the original debt without any interest? They've sent me a text asking if I want to defer today - the day they transfered the loan. I can't believe they want to charge that much interest every 10 days.
  2. About 3-4 years ago, but they only sold it to Lowell financial last year.
  3. Hi, A few years ago I had a student account with the Co-op. I walked away from an unauthorised overdraft (yes, stupid I know). They've now caught up with me through a debt collection agency called Lowell financial. I'd love to be able to reclaim the charges against me, as this would take a large chunk of the debt that I'd be able to pay them. However, the account was closed (by them) and I don't have any old statements. I don't even have the details of the account (number and sort code). What's the best way to proceed??? Any advice much appreciated (I'll be forever in you debt haha) ;-) Thank you!
