I am interested in this too. The HSBC account in question was closed by them & the outstanding balance sold to a collection agency. We are currently in a dept plan with payplan, and as HSBC was our current account at the time we defected leaving our overdraft behind which is now in the plan and we are paying teh collection agency through payplan. Would they pay us even though we did owe them money? all outstanding has been sold on. The account was closed by them 18 months ago. Thanks Snowwy
