On my now closed student halifax account, whenever a direct debit is refused, I was charged £2.50. Should I claim this back? this happened twice and although its only £2.50, i am still unhappy being charged this. whenever a direct debit that took me over my overdraft limit was paid by the bank anyways i was charged £28 and will definately be asking for this back.
