Hi New here Have read most of the step by step and faq's. But I have a question regarding which fees to claim against?Is it just the unauthrised overdraft fee and intrest incurred at Yorkshire bank? If there are others to claim against how are they usually labelled on YB statments? Thanks As an afterthought they have just changed my account(without my permission)they said it was out of date and that the charges should be less for me
