Could you possibly give me the telephone number of customer relations as I am chasing the money that BOS are due me as I have also been granted a decree against them.

I got my first small claims payment from Abbey on 28th January of £941 which they offered me the date before the action went to court. I now have the next court action appearing in court on 18th April so hopefully that will be another £900 coming my way. At long last I feel that I can hold my head up after so much grief being overdrawn - made to feel like a criminal when Abbey was actually doing the dirty themselves. Hang on in there anyone who is still awaiting the outcome - success is sweet!

I am delighted to report that I phoned Abbey and informed them that I knew what the Commissioner had decided and lo and behold, the statements arrived yesterday. Hold out for things - that took them two weeks but theya re obviously beginning to fall into line.

Hi there I have recently started an action again Abbey. I received the usual microfiche charge letter but called their complaints department today (0845 600 6014) and spoke to Pam Speed's assistant and they are now admitting that they only require the £10 for the initial data information. Success - if they ask you for an additional £10 for each microfiche tell them to get stuffed and call and give them the details about the recent decision made. Keep going - it is really worth it!!!!!

I desperately need the details of the Commissioners findings - where can I get a copy as Abbey are getting really nasty now!!!! Help - please!

Hi - I am also in Scotland and fighting Abbey for money. I have been told by them that I will only get 14 months of statments for my £10 and then for an additional £10 they will send the rest of my statements from microfiche. - Have you been told the same?

Hi there My friend introduced me to this site and I sent my first letters out on 12th September to Abbey, Bank of Scotland and Capital One. I have had a letter from Abbey informing me that I have to pay an additional £10 for copies of their microfiche details but have not heard anything yet from the others (early days though). The site is fantastic and everyone is so helpful it is a revelation that so many people are in the same situation as me when I have felt like the only one for a very long time. Hopefully the first statements should be with me soon and I can update my situation with them.
