God i really hope so so is there a time limit? i get an aq apparently sent out and is it right i have to fill that in and send it back on a certain date?

It was there yesterday but not today. I can only assume that the defence has been entered as the 28 days is over today. Does this mean that it is in court and being decided upon do you think?

Its weird isnt it. did this not happen for you? all it says is the type of claim and defence entered with a date but under judgement its empty.

Just went to file for judgement and..... the link isnt there! does this mean they are doing it now? is this good or bad? im scared and excited, can i have a cuddle please?

Hi steve. Still nothing for me either mate and my 28 days are up on the 19th. Hopefully we will both be a little richer next week but im not holding my breath.... oh well.

Being unfortunate enough to work for a car insurance company i can tell you that unfortunately there is no chance the insurance or anyone other than the woman driving the car would pay out for this and if she wont then unfortunately youve lost the lot. Sorry. First thing the insurance would say is "you should have asked to see proof the driver was insured". They will do anything to get out of paying but on this occasion they arent legally obliged to pay out.

what do you get in the post when they file a defence? is it that letter from DG where on the second page they have the details of DG and who is dealing with it and the box is ticked saying they intedn to defend? If so that was sent to me 3 days after i filed my MCOL.

My 28 days is up on the 19th. Whats the process then and what time frame is it?
