Can anyone help me? I was with First Direct and did my banking over the internet. Their address is Leeds but I live in Scotland. I am claiming approx £600 in charges but they have so far ignored my letters. Next step is to serve court papers. How do I do this when I live in Scotland and their address is english. Hi again. I've completed my spreadsheet up to no 117 but nead to add more columns. I am not all familiar with excel. How do I cut and paste more columns or move the calculator down so it still works. I am at a complete loss how to do this. Does anyone have a step by step?. Thanks. Lorna

Thankyou so much for that. I reread the common questions and also saw that you don't put the 8% interest on the spreadsheet you send to bank with 2nd stage letter , only including this column if ou are going to court. Do I have that correct. Many many thanks again:-)

Hi everyone. I have finally got my bank statements back from Bank of Scotland ( Halifax now). Sorry if this has been answered before but as well as all the bank charges I notice that I have been charged interest on these charges at varying amounts from a few pounds to about £10. Can I claim these back too and how do I enter them on the spreadsheet which is my next stage. I would greatly appreciate some help. Lorna:)

Hi everyone. I'm new. Great site with lots of great advice. I have sent of my Data protection notice to Bank of Scotland and am awaiting reply. I am a bit worried about the next stage and filling in the spreadsheet. I'm not too hot on interest rates etc and dont't know how to fill in that bit. I don't really have anyone to help me either. Is there a "spreadsheet for dummies" version available. Will it be clear from my statements how much I have been charged etc. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks so much:)
