Just had a letter from natwest saying i would have to pay £5 for each copy of my bank statements requested. Would this not come under the freedom of information act 2000 which there for means i should not have to pay nothing?

Hello. For the last 3 years i have had a Current plus account with Natwest (the solo card one) I'm disabled and on benefits and don't have much money left over after paying for my care and the bills. I often go overdrawn when i need extra continence related products which means i get charged £28 most mouths which becomes one endless circle as i never have any money in my account the following mouth. They won't give me a agreed overdraft limit as they say i need to a different card. Know they are charging me referral free chargers which i don't understand? Are natwest braking the law in any way. please help. Thanks will
