  2. Hi, thanks for the quick response. It is mainly with Lloyds TSB, although MBNA credit card added nearly £600 to a £1800 credit card debt I had in 2002. My Barclay credit card went from £2100 in Dec05 to 2300 in Feb06, all charges. Bank charges from Jan to Mar this year with Lloyds alone = £450. If I went back 6 yrs I think Lloyds in particular would owe me at least £2,000. I'm about to start an IVA, but need creditors on my side until they agree to my payment proposals. Once that's out of the way I shall be scanning every statement etc. Especially now I know I can. Thanks for that, I came across this site while reading through debt forums. Interesting reading. Just one further question - If I ended up taking my creditors to the county court, do you think the judge would take the banks/credits card companies side due to the IVA?
  3. Hi, I have just joined this site, but I have read as many questions as possible over the last fours days before posting this question. I have also read through FAQ and my newbe code is 8hjf0frrE4. So I hope my question hasn't already been asked and answered. Here goes - Does anyone know if bank charges and credit card charges can be reclaimed if you are in an IVA? Even if the bank and credit card companies are your creditors? The charges were not a major factor in me going for an IVA, but at a guess they do amount to £1,000's over the last 6 years. Thanks for any help and advice given.
