Most of them but I am a little strapped for time. I have sent them a letter in the form of an email, requesting the refund of charges and a seperate email reminding them of the time scale they have to reply to my DPA letter. I hope I am right in thinking that I can claim now for when I have statements then, after (or if) I recieve a reply to my DPA then I can claim again for the monies highlighted in that ? Its only a small claim of about £400.00 so far but as the name states, lets get back what is ours!!!!!!!!! Squeek

Hi all, Anyone with any advice please let me know. I sent my DPA to my old Branch of HSBC on the 14th March 2006 obviously giving them 40 days to reply. This was (obviously) sent recorded delivery but I am in the process of emailing them a copy of this letter to try and kick them in the right direction. One thing I have just seen, as always, act first think later, I didnt send them £10 with this letter. Ow well. guess a little longer shouldnt affect me too much. If anyone can give me some advice on this following matter though please. I had a current account and bank loan with HSBC, the bank loan through one reason and another became defaulted and is now being paid through a Collections Agency (MCS) as no help or support had been offered by the Bank. Can I claim back any charges or interest that I have incured through MCS? Can I also treat them like anyother bank and send them a DPA letter(this time remembering my £10)? As I said, any help and support will be most welcomed. Thanks SQUEEK LET'S GET BACK WHAT WAS OURS TO START WITH !!!!!!!!!!!!!
