Well I went to Croydon court today and the case was stayed surprise surprise. One thing that was interesting, the judge said if I got the stay lifted and won, if the test case ruled for the bank they would come after me for the money. Anyone else heard this?

Well Monday is approaching and I'm really really nervous! I'm really going to court. I have no clue what I'm going to say.

Handed my bundle in to the court today, it was late, but they didn't seem to mind. I've got nothing from Barclays. Will post theirs tomorrow, I'm knackered!

Thank you so much Saintly_1 I'm going mad here because my last external hard drive stopped working so I don't have a complete list of my correspondence. I stupidly kept them on there because I didn't want to have so much paper laying around. Also, we had flooding and all the papers I do have are very water logged and terrible looking. I just feel like giving up.

I've got Charges at nearly 400 Interest at about 180 Statements and costs for sending letters/computer time at about £30 Court fee £80

The letter says District Judge ******* has considered the statements of case and allocation questionnaires filed and allocated the claim to the small claims track. The hearing will take place on ******** and should take no longer then 1hr 30. The court must be informed immediately if the case is settled by agreement before the hearing date. Each party shall deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all the documents (including any experts' report) on which he intends to rely at hte hearing no more than 14 days before the hearing. The original documents shall be brought to the hearing. Claimant do file and serve his documents a list of all charges claimed with dates thereof.

Hi all. My charges come up to nearly 570, but with costs etc it comes up to 680. Now when I'm trying to calculate the 8% daily interest is it on the former or latter figure? Many thanks.

I did something very similar, I went with my ID and said I was thinking of making it my main account again, and even got a cash card.... Well I'm going to have to take my money out somehow right? LOL

I've just had a very bizarre conversation with Krysta Campbell. I didn't even give her my reference, just told her that I'm going to put in AQ in today and is there any chance of settling now. She said no, but they will be, so just put the AQ in. Just wasting more time!

Reading through the past cases that have been won, I've noticed a few people have phoned up at this stage and got their claim settled in full. Does anyone have a number that I couild try please?

Hello again all. Yes this claim is still going. I got my AQ through, and am just reading through the ups and downs of it now. The first point is saying that I haven't sent them my details of the account, and I have twice now! Any tips for filling this out will be appreciated!

Right. They finally sent the remaining statements. Mr Townsend must've been spewing. I'm still going to complain to the information comissioner though. I've been realy slack with this claim, life took over for a while, but now I'm BACK! I have all my statements together, so I'm going to go through with a highlighter pen and see how much charges I have got.
