  10. I have my letter all drafted, concerning the microfiche issue. Am confused where as to send to, the address my letter came from was, Pam Speed Abbey PO Box 1109 Bradford BD1 5ZJ But as i want to send my letter recorded delivery, to whom and where do I send it?
  11. Hi to everyone, I have already started the process as i am disabled and on benefits and always seem to have charges most months. Which always makes it harder and then just becomes a viscous circle. I wrote the first letter to abbey requesting a complete list of charges etc. This morning i received a reply. Very Confusing:confused: . As follows. I would like to advise you that under a Data Protection Act request, you will only recieve the transactions that are currently held on our systems. These will be forwarded to you within 40 days, free of charge, under seperate cover. Any earlier transactions have been archived onto microfiche, which is not covered by the Data Protection Act. The fee is as follows:- £5.00 for 1 monthly statement that has been archived £10.00 for multiple monthly statements that have been archived. Does anyone out there understand this, as I am now totaaly confused as to what they are actually going to be sending me. Thanks in anticipation to you for taking the time to read this.
