  3. Hi, I am in the process of starting a claim against the Co-op and had heard that they may forcibly close my account if i do so and that this may affect my credit rating. My account has been in credit for over 3 years now and i do not have any credit card / loan / overdraft / mortgage facilities with them. Will it still have an impact on my credit rating if they close my account? Thanks.
  4. Hi mate, I would be interested to hear how you get on in this. I have sent off a DPA letter as I reckon I have paid about £400 - £500 in charges (almost all a few years back when I was a student) that I will be looking to get refunded. (I'm also in Scotland). Cheers.
