Hiya To everyone, Just thought Id give you a quick update!! Went to Court today the judge was wonderful, he said that he was very impressed with my court bundle, ( i mentioned CAG !!!) and that he was happy to adjourn for 14 days. James Arrandale bless him, sent me the receipt for the payment made to my new bank account, and told him thanks very much and will talk to him again in another 6 months when i put my claim in for the last 5 months hee hee ooh did he stutter ha ha Love it!!!!

You know if you had a credit card about 3 four years ago and dont have any info about it. ie acc no etc is there anyway you can get the info about it or is it tuff i should have kept a statement??

Hiya Adam1976brown hee hee I requested statements 28/08/2006 everything went pretty smoothly on that score. Claim was filed in October and 30/11/2006 AQ was completed. court date Tomorrow. Going to go to ask for an adjournment for 7 days to make sure the payment is in my account (brand new shiny one) and as Armsoft says just for the experience. Looking forward to it not dreading it now.. Good luck Adam and follow the plan. I only ever sent a post when i had a wobble and the advice is well can only say FANTASTIC!!!!!

the only thing they havent agreed to is the pending charges so will start a 2nd claim for them erm next week ha ha !!! but the whole amount 3222.89 is to be paid straight into my new shiny bank account allready spent it lol god im on a high!!!!

Cheers Kerrielisabeth I started all this requesting my statements on 28/08/2006 so it is a longish haul, and every minute spare you are on the site ha ha. Believe me, take all the advise there is and just make sure you follow THE PLAN!!! Im due to ring James at 1pm so will let you know what is going on as soon as I do.. Fingers crossed. Hi MBK Well If they do that you can state that this is to be left alone while the dispute is ongoing. However in my experience, they left mine well alone. At the moment they are snowed under with the Bank charges action so i wouldnt worry too much about it. If you are over your overdraft, try and get it down to the authorised level if you can then they cant touch you. You will be fine good luck Deb Read some of the other threads and keep an eye on the media as well.

Have drafted an Email to James Arrandale regarding this as advised by Armsoft. just waiting for him to have a look at it and then will send it. if i havent received a reply by Midday im going to ring them. Hopefully it should be sorted by close of business 26th fingers crossed. Cant wait to be able to send a donation . Hiya All I received from the Court is the AQ and a court date. No Directions or anything. I did my Court Bundle all letters exc "Without Prejudice" one (the 1/2 amount settlement) I drew up a Witness statement sent schedule of charges, the print outs from the Shabbey proving the charges exist. a few media cut outs regarding the banks delaying tactics etc. I have sent all copies to bank and to court. tell ya I am really panicking now !!!

Hello, I am really starting to panic now!!! Im due in court next Tuesday (27th Feb) and I havent heard a thing from the Shabbey. Have the got something up their sleeves ?? Has anybody got and Idea what I will have to say or request. I didnt think it was going to go this far but I reallly think Im going to be the one that they are going to win on this and refuse my charges.
