Thanks lucid. Do i claim for the whole lot which may be over 1000.00, or do i deduct the differrence between 12.00 and whatever they charged me each time ?

Sorry to sound silly but if lloyds just cancelled my od facility i`d been in real deep water ? Dont they have to give notice or can they just cancel it ?

lloyde charged me 12.00 for unpaid dd, another 12.00 for then being over my limit and then another 12.00 for late charges. Is this ok ? Is it just the 35.00 charges i am to claim for. Do i understand that 12.00 is ok. They have still charged me 36.00 though altogether.

But the full amount is 1000 ! It says in the small print i dont have to attend if i agree with the amount which obviously i do. Cant i just agree to a payment schedule out of court ?

Hi, I am a newbie on here.Been reading the forums for a coulple of weeks now. Will be sending e mail requesting statements by e mail later today-anyone gor the correct e mail ? I imagine we could be owed hundreds if not over a thousand pounds. Am mostly scared of-people i know in the bank and being embarrassed at highlighting my poor finances - actually having to go to court - having my account at lloyds closed because it would take me yonks to reinstate all my dd payments ect, and i have been with lloyds 35 years. Anyway.Would really like to keep posting on this site if i can figure out which and where i am meant to post ect Thanks in anticipation of support.

I cancelled my dd for council tax a couple of months ago as i knew there wasn`t enough in bank to honour dd.I meant to set it back up again when my salary went it but never did.I have missed about 3 months. Just returned from holiday to find a court sommons for Sept for the full amount ! Do i have to go to court and will they not just let me reinstate the dd for a higher amount so it is still all paid end Feb ?

My ink has gone on my printer ! Is there any such thing as an online template for the initial letter that i can just e mail to lloyds ? The one requesting 6yrs statements under data protection ect. Also e mail add for lloyds ? Although can prob. find that somewhere if i look hard enough i know-sorry

Can anyone point me in the right direction for templates as useless on computer. I have spent ages reading through this site and cant remember how i got onto the letter templates. I haven`t done anything yet. Want to e mail lloyds requesting last 6 years statements/charges soon. Have no idea how much i would claim but probably enough to make it worthwhile.
