its not just unlawful charges, he went over because they didnt pay back £50 pounds that was lost ina cash machine and because of that he went over his authorized overdraft and then charges started and kept rolling in. minx

i must say when i read this its very reassuring. me and boyfriend are on the path to court it seems, halifax does not admit to any wrong or unlawful charges. they have put a default notice on bf's credit and now were waiting either for court papers or debt collection ppl to show up any day, but thats ok because were standing put and wont budge a inch. thanks again for the sharing your victory story, wish us luck.
