lol yeh i bloody hope so this seems to have taken forever ! I will have to spend ages in the newsagents with my massive stack of statements tommorow ive emailed my dad with the rest of the documents as my printer has packed in (also my other computer died during this claim.. barclays must have sabotaged it!) lesson learnt: never leave it till the last minute !

forgot to ask: what does the court bundle mean when it says "correspondence" is this a copy of the letters sent from me and the replys from the bank ?

finally just finished separating the statements with the charges on major stress ! but its done. now i will have to go to the newsagents and photocopy this massive wad 3 times :mad:. this is so stressful the banks are git's i bet they make you do all this crap on purpose knowing that they are going to have to pay up anyway. oh and another thing , my brother being such a smart guy has forgotten his mcol login name AND password, i wanted to see the amount he has claimed as i could swear the figure he is asking back has changed from letter to letter to the bank. that is going to look so bad in court if barclays decide to go the whole way... my heads hurting !!!

in the court bundle contents it says statements as something i need to include, do i just photocopy the bank statements with the charges on? also do i need to have 3 copy's of the entire court bundle including statements i have 4 days left to get my court bundle in which was silly i know but please help asap edit: if i do have to get copy's of my statements im going to have to go through this huuuuge pile of statements again :(

ok i did have the questionaire attached to the letter ive filled it out using the guidelines in the bank templates section, im attatching £100 cheque but do i have to do anything else now or do i just wait now ? should i send any more letters to the bank ?

hi yes im sorry i cant be more specific my bro hasnt brought the letter with him and im having to try and remember, from memory the letter was from (i think) mcol and it had the name of my local court written on it, it said that barclays has filed a defense and an attached letter had some writing that was basicly barclays saying they were not in the wrong. the letter said that i have until the 29th to do something or i could request more time. that is all i can remember anyone know what my next course of action should be ? thanks so far

ok thanks welshman i sent them the letter and they replied saying that they will not pay the full amount and that there offer of £400 still stands should i file a claim with MCOL now ? and what else will i have to do ? thanks for all of your help so far, hopefully im near the end of this

hi havent had chance to get on here for a while but ive just recieved a letter from barclays offering £400 as a final settlement so now im gonna tell them i want the rest of it, should i say i accept the £400 and also say i will be continuing for the rest ? im not quite sure what to do

should i just leave out the o/d interest then ? are all the other charges fine

gonna get my first letter in the post just wanted to confirm what charges im able to get back, heres the ones ive put on my list : UNPAID D/D UNPAID CHEQUE O/D INTEREST UNPAID S/O O/D EXCESS FEE CHG UNPAID D/D are there any that im not liable for or any charges that i have missed ?
