hi new to this too just been to court to raise 1st smalls claim hopefully done it correct

in scottish small claims courts all you can claim is 750 pounds at a time so do i just keep rasing small claims untill we have reclaimed all my charges or is there another way to make a claim that lets me claim all my charges at once?

having incurred 6,415 worth of bank charges and hubby incurring 5,700 on both of our bank accounts over last 6 years have sent letters to bank. Bank responded back for my account they are offering me 1,025 for hubby they offered 1.475 have refused both offers for both accounts. Where do we go from here. Now considering court charges has anyone claimed this amount back and how did they get on .
