sent a few letters to cabot but no reply by post. They keep ringing my wife and I up, I will not answer the phone because they have not written back to me, only telephone calls, i think it is called harassment, How do I stop them ringing me up?

My wife and i got 19 calls from cabot in 8 days

Sent CCA 1974 letter to wescot credit services on the 12 August, got a reply on the 15 Aug saying they are looking into the matter, got a reply today 20 Aug saying that their client is prepared to assist me in clearing the debt by offering me the opportunity to make a reduced settlement on the outstanding balance on very favourable terms. Do i reply or forget about it?

got my statements today, going to try and put a link in on the 2nd stage.

As anybody had any problems with Thames credit?
