Hello Please I need help re Barclays Bank - sent them letter for request for repayment charges, received their reply, charges total to £580. I would like to add interest but do not know how. Barclays letter offered £80 out of £580 as a gesture of goodwill. I cannot accept this Please help. How am I going to word 3rd letter telling them I would like to add interest to the charges. davaom2

I am so confused and got doubts that Halifax will decline my request for refund of charges. I got to be positive so I will have a good christmas.

halifax sent me my previous statements and going to request for refund of charges and if am lucky i will keep you posted. have a good sunday.

Hi Lucycat I am working full time and don't seem to have time to open my email and chat with all who joined the action group. I knoew there is no excuse but I am having my bathroom refurbished and the dust is unbelievable. my 2 sosn are suffering from excema and trying hard to get rid of the dustwhen I get in from mwork. well so much for that. Going back to my halifax problem email me the second letter to send to halifax pls I have already received my statements from 2001to date. All the best.
