Hiya Have recieved my statements, written letter number 2 but have a quick question if anyone can help. On original letter I put that I would be requesting the £10 Data Protection Act subject access request fee back. Do I add this onto my schedule of the charges? Thanks for reading georgeyoggy

Recieved a letter today saying they've recieved my letter . Dear Mr and Mrs xxxxxxx account xxxxxxx I refer to your letter dated 23rd January 2007 regarding the above account. The points you have raised are recieving attention and a member of the Banking and Investment Support team will respond to you in full within the next 40 working days when all the relevant information is to hand. In the meantime, I enclose a copy of the Society's Service Promise booklet, which includes details of our complaint procedure. Yours sincerely xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Didn't the 40 days begin from when they recieved the letter? I assumed it was 40 days from reciept? Anybody else get a letter of this nature after sending S.A.R - (Subject Access Request)?

well dropped the sar into Norwich and Peterborough today..now to see the statements when they arrive

Hello all After a good read of all the information on this site , I have decided to take the plunge and claim my money back from Norwich and Peterborough. Hello Just introducing myself!! Am looking to claim from citifinancial through charges on my loans. Do I have to send £10 for each account or one £10 cheque for all?
