What court were you Guys at.

Thanks Tonycee, I gotta be honest when i started this i was really nervous, but now I am really up for it, think i was helped along a bit by reading all the forum bits,and the court assistant, when i took my court bundle in she said "wow" that is presented very clearly and precise, judge will find that easy to follow. (probably said it to everyone, but i dont care). If anybody else is in Redditch County Court would love to hear from you.

I have today received the letter & GlossyLeaflet from Barclays,(saying they are going to apply for stay blah blah...) but have received nothing from the court at all. Did email Rob Saunders again but now choosing to ignore me completely. I will be attending court on Tuesday and have piched snippets of info from the cases that have succeeded since the oft ruling.At this moment in time I am going to try first with asking for it to be struck off for failure to comply as Barclays have been doing everything possible to drag this out, I started this in August 2006, and they have not complied with the court instructions, probably thought they didnt have to bother anymore, One rule for one etc... Will let you know what happens on Tuesday.

Thanks Tonycee, do you have a template letter for failure to comply, in case I chose to go that way.

Thank you MoneyKing for responding I have got the letter ready to oppose the stay, but as you can probably tell I get a bit lost round the site, I havent seen any letter template if they fail to comply. any ideas

Still confused, can anyone give me a hand, court date is 14th August, court bundles already gone and signed for, but have not received anything from Barclays, presume they are going to ask for a stay, but does that mean they dont have to comply and send me a copy of their bundle. Where do i go next please!!!!!!!

Have court date for the 14th August 2007, did phone Robert Saunders at Barclays who is dealing with my case on 10th July, he said he was ploughing through the cases but hadn't got to mine,would call me back in few days, didnt call back. so sent court bundle, to barclays and the court anyway, but have not heard anything. Now due to the recent test case going on, not sure what I should do now, should i ring Robert Saunders again(dont want him to think I am tryin to settle cos of the test case) or just sit still and head for court on 14th. Would really appreciate any advice or to hear from anyone else heading for Redditch Court on the 14th August 2007

Hi there, I am at the stage of preparing court bundle, court date is 14/07/07. I downloaded court bundle, and have prepared, all the correspondence, schedule of charges,statements, but now I am stuck on the All caeses and statues, do I have to use all those in the court bundle. I know i need the OFT report and any other bits of relevent bits like the McNamara interview. Also reading a lot of threads people have been phoning Barclays litigation team, should I have been doing that. Would really appreciate some help, as I have battled on with this now. Thanks alot.

Hi Blueskies, Have been following you claim with interest, I too have taken on Barclays and I too have the acknowledgement of service signed by our friend Adrian St John. this was dated 24th January 2007, but i seem to have lost my way now, what happens next? I am quite prepared to go to court, but just concerned I should be doing something else, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
