have just started the process, have had a reply from n&p which reads:- that they acknowledge my claim issued 6th oct, the society will be filing an acknowledgement of service indicating its intention to defend the claim. should i wish to contact them to discuss the matter blah blah blah, i am concerned by the fact that i dont see anyone else claiming against building societys, n&p is a mutual, will this make a difference, they say in a previous correspondance that i signed a contract agreeing to the charges, does this make any differance? can any one advise? am i just getting scared?:o

just issued a claim against the norwich and peterborough building society, have had a letter back aackknowledging my claim with its intent to defend....scary:o am worried as i dont see any building society claims they all seem to be banks i hope this doesnt mean any differance:confused: any helpful suggestions??
