I have a claim running at the moment as my Gp performed minor surgery at the Medical centre and all went wrong and I ended up in hospital for a week, so Ive seeked legal advice with the Legal Advice Bureau, they have been great! But I guess Im in for along wait! so if anyone has any info or advice i would open my ears to all! Thanks for taking the time to read my thread! See youall at the christmas party! Hi all! I am still trying to find the letter template in here and the spread sheet but unfortunately unable to find so far?? When i think I have it it just ask me tolog in again?? I am confused and feel that I am now going round and round in here when all I wanna do is get on and claim from Lloyds TSB, as I have struggled long enough now and would gladly like to see them pay back now! Hello all at CAG forum. I am wanting to know how quickly this process can take for me to claim back charges from Lloyds TSB, I am waiting for my 5yrs bank statements now as I type! They were not happy about the request of 5yrs statements at my village branch and the cashier did not even know how to process 5yrs worth! I am also needing to know what would happen to me with my credit card with Lloyds as I owe them £1000 at present, will they demand this back if I am only claiming for my current account? I have paid almost £300 alone this year! They have financially crippled me this year alone! I am also a bit scared of putting in my request for fear of court? I am also wanting to know how I word the letter to request these charges back? Please help me I am a single mum on a bread line with no knowledge of the legal side of these charges, and would also benefit greatly for these charges being refunded to me!
