Thank you, I have just found the Data Protection Act Letter to send to them. I have noticed to, to enclose a £10 admin fee too. Will they send me a statement of sorts for all charges I have encured and what they were for, each account I have with them, as in Current Account, Loan accounts and Credit Card accounts?

I would like to see if I can claim back charges from my bank that I have encured from my bank HSBC. I have been with them since I was 16 now 8 years and I remember when I was younger I went over drawn with my account and they charged me for doing so without me even having an overdraft facility, were they allowed to do that? This happened a number of times with HSBC. How can I start the ball rolling to see how much I have been charged from my bank over the years? And if I can claim any of that back?
