Recieved a letter from Lloyds this morning, and I could do with some moral support. Basically it's a refusal letter telling me why they won't refund my charges. I don't have the letter in front of me, so I'll paraphrase;
The office of fair tradings guidlines relate to credit card default charges, that people pay when they break an agreement with us.
This does not apply to your charges as these were for dealing with your request to go over your agreed overdraft limit.
They were not default charges because you havn't broken your agreement......
It does go on but I think these are the relevant parts, I am only claiming normal bank charges, returned DD's, overdraft usage fees etc.
I don't know how to proceed now, any guidance or support would be most welcome. Thanks for reading, Rafa.
