After lots of reading FAQs i have now sent my DPA letter to Abbey.I am very scared of taking the bank on but after reading all the letters on this site i have made an appointment with A&L to set up a parachute account. I am worried about my mortgage which is with Abbey. Do you think they will still honour my contract with them for the next 14 months?

I would firstly like to say hello to everyone, what a relief it was to find this site and find out i'm not the only one in this position. Just recieved july statement and the charges are 180.00 this more than i earn in a week. I just feel like crying. when i came across this site i saw red instead. Taking on your bank seems like an impossible task but i am going to try, only if you guys can help and guide me threw you all seem helpful.
