Hi all! right ive got my S.A.Rs back really quickly! im just going through it right now.. just to clarify.. Do i claim for being charged £24.00 for going over my credit limit? Do i claim for 'interest on your cash balance'? Do I claim for 'interest on your standard balance'? and lastly.. do i claim for 'late payment charges'? thanks people, your all doing a fab job! Hi, I had £291 put into my bank account last Friday, they havent sent me a letter or anything, my claim in total was for £2197 approx, they havent sent me any correspondence just put that bit of money into my account, my court claim was officially issued on the 21st feb, shall ijust leave it till the claim reaches its 28days and file that ive had no correspondence? thanks, aimee.

Hi, Im the same 17 days gone now and nothing. I have had a transaction of less than 300 pounds credited to my account but it just says 'cash credit' i presume thats not it, they've sent no correspondence and my claim was for 2152 approx.. hope you hear from them soon upnorth!

Hi, Just an update, I started my court proceedings via MCOL 16.02.07. Got letter from northampton county court today (20.02.07) saying my case will 'be deemed to be served on the 21st Feb 07' and the defendant has until 7th to reply. I hope they dont go down the route of filing an acknowledgement of service! - this means they have an extra 28days!! aimee.
