  2. well how please was i this morning when i received my first correspondence from lloyds with the normal "were sorry your unhappy blah blah blah". As i sent my prelim letter to both my holding branch and the customer service recovery centre do i have to wait till both reply or can i send my lba letter now

Hi Lifechanging... even though downloading statements or requesting them from your bank is a very long process dont give up (thats what they expect) look at the other threads and see how many people have won there cases.. its your money they have so make sure you claim it back.. fingers crossed and good luck

  6. yes i will do... getting a little nervous though, surely lloyds have gone to court over this and not just paid out on everyone
  7. just looked through my husands bank statements and his charges were £1220... do you think i'm pushing it by claiming for both accounts
  8. Thanks very much for that, prelim letter sent recorded delivery to my bank yesterday.... lets hope lloyds are feeling flush this month and they let me have my £900.00 back

Pls can someone just clarify some bits for me as ive been sat looking at this website since 11.00 this mornin and my heads begining to hurt... ive got my statements from LLoyds internet banking, do i need to send those statements in or just send them a breakdown of what my claim is for with my first prelim letter... can you also tell me what the subject access letter is as lots of people are talking about it... thanks:D
  10. Hi There.... i'm a newy to all this as well.... and still trying to get my head around it all, can someone tell me what DPA stands for and have many people actually got there money back from LLoyds as they owe me £1400.
