I cant believe it , theyve done it again they've cahrged me just over £100's in 1 week. Thyeve really over stepped the marked, also they sent me all the wrong statements. Could someone advise me how to apply on a hardship case??

so has anyone won a case since the test case and what are we waiting for exactly??

:-|Could anyone advise what to do next. In 2006 i recalimed around £1500 and last year i sent another prelim letter and my response was that until the Test case has been dealt with they are not going to be dealing with this matter any further but will keep the letter until the test case has happened. Anyhow my charges are going up and i dont really know if anyone has been successfull in thier claims. I have seen the new updated bank templates but im lacking confidence here! could someone please give me some advice

the letter they send saying that it is lacking particulars and thier client is embarressed is a load of **** its a scare tactic did it to me and i bricked it for days , copy and paste the particulars into a letter and send it again also send one to you court and tell them that you fell this is a stalling and scare tactic I DID:D . Does anyone know if NatWest close every account after every claim .

Well funy you should say that because when i sent more evidence back to cobbetts i also forwarded a copy of the letter to the court and a covering letter telling the courts that i felt that this was a stalling and scaring tactic.

but i didnt martin, this is what has thrown me cos i was waiting for the cpr18 and i got a letter saying that they are embarressed by the lack of poc , i am now waiting for my AQ .cant wait to get this over with im bricking it .....

no its not that , it is asking me for more evidence as the particulars of claim fail to disclose reasonable grounds for bringing a claim against the defendant. in the particulars of claim do not disclose any legal recognisable claim against the defendant (i copied the particualrs from the library)???? one person told me this is one of cobbitts tactics ive still got time if ive done something wrong but ibelieve my particulars were fine considering they came from this site. This is thier defence!

yes it has come from natwest and i have not yet had my aq the court told me earlier they work on a five day back system thingy , behind morelike!!

Hi could anyone give me any advice about the crappy defence saying that the would like more evidence as the particulars of my claim were embarressing so the defendant( the particulars are from the library) its just when the defence come on saturday i sh** myself cos i thought god i have not chance then i had advice to resend the particulars to cobbitts saing this is good reason and i underlined the acts in the particulars, i also sent a copy to the courts of thier letter and said i find these particulars good reason to bring my claim to court and i feel this is a stalling tactic !!! Any advice will be appreciated, anything to put my mind at ease :o

i too am waiting for them to file a defence it was up last nite , i telephoned my court and she said that it may have come in but has not yet sorted it so i told her i shall ring friday to give them chance so if they have not filed a defence the i shall be slapping a judgement on them at the end of the week which is what i did not want to happen but they're asking for it

Isobel, i telephone the courts and they told me they filed the acknowledgment on the 6th of september. im soooooooo excited

wooohoooo natwest acknowledged my claim to they have got until the 26th of sep to make a defence . im chuffed as bunnys

cumbria has a template for the defence it is really helpful and straight forward.

we need to get a bit of advice from a site helper on this on as i havent come across it when chatting to the others.

i rreally think that they are doing this just to scare and stall as there are so many of us making claims . hold on tight hun dont let them scare you its what they want, for you to give up so they can keep the money they are NOT entitled to. im putting my n1 in 2 morrow and im bricking it.

Hi Everyone i have recieved an offer today of £500 lmao!! Dont think so , they told they dont want any more correspndence with me if i am not willing to take the offer MY ARSE!! So everyone watch this space cos my claim is going in on the 24/8/06. does it really cost 120 pounds to put a claim in .:o am very nervous so any help and hints will be much appreciated
