Have just sat down this evening and drafted my first letter requesting the return of about £250.00. I am aware that I have been charged on approx. 11 occassions at £20 -£25 a pop for late payment of my visa bill, ironic then I cleared it last month (I cant be that bad a customer then!) I am holding the letter back as I dont know whether I shoud send it to the head office in Manchester, the Cusomer Service Cente in Skelmesdale or the adddress in Liverpool quoted for postal paymets on the Visa statement. Anyone got any ideas.
